Manka Jewelry provides delivery services across the United Arab Emirates. We aim to deliver every order safely, securely, and within the estimated delivery timeline.

Delivery Charge

A delivery fee applies based on the order value.

Delivery Fee

AED 15 delivery charge applies to orders below AED 150.

Free Delivery

Orders above AED 150 qualify for free delivery across the UAE.

Orders below AED 150 will be charged AED 15 delivery fee. Orders above AED 150 qualify for free delivery.


Delivery Timelines

Standard UAE Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within:

3–5 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on customer location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, and high-demand periods.


Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation or order confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.

Orders may be delayed if customer details are incomplete or incorrect.

Delivery Process

Your jewelry item is checked, packed, and prepared for delivery.

03 — Dispatch

The order is handed over for delivery.

04 — Delivery

The package is delivered to the customer’s provided address.

Tracking or delivery updates may be shared through:

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • Phone call

Customers can also contact us directly for order updates.


Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Complete address

  • Emirate

  • Building/villa number

  • Flat/unit number, if applicable

Manka Jewelry is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.


Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, or customer refusal, re-delivery charges may apply.
