At Manka Jewelry, we aim to provide quality jewelry products and clear warranty support where applicable. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how customers can request warranty assistance.

Warranty Overview

Selected Products

Warranty applies only to selected products where warranty coverage is clearly mentioned on the product page.

Manufacturing Defects

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Proof Required

Customers must provide order details, photos, and issue description for warranty review.

Review Required

All warranty requests are subject to inspection and approval by Manka Jewelry.


Warranty Coverage

Warranty may apply to eligible products that have a manufacturing defect.

Covered issues may include:

  • Faulty clasp or lock issue

  • Stone setting issue caused by manufacturing fault

  • Chain or bracelet defect caused by manufacturing fault

  • Product received with a confirmed production defect

  • Other manufacturing-related defects approved after review

Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to all products. It applies only where clearly stated on the product page.


What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover damage caused by customer use, wear and tear, or external factors.

The following are not covered:

  • Water damage

  • Perfume or chemical damage

  • Sweat damage

  • Scratches

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color fading due to use

  • Tarnishing caused by improper care

  • Accidental damage

  • Broken items caused by misuse

  • Damage caused by dropping or bending

  • Loss or theft

  • Missing stones caused by impact or misuse

  • Damage caused by storage in unsuitable conditions

  • Any repair or modification done by a third party


Jewelry Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for taking proper care of their jewelry.

To help protect your jewelry:

  • Avoid water, perfume, lotion, and chemicals

  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising

  • Store jewelry in a dry place

  • Keep jewelry away from direct sunlight and moisture

  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth

  • Avoid pulling, bending, or dropping jewelry

Damage caused by poor care, misuse, or exposure to chemicals is not covered under warranty.


How to Request Warranty Support

To request warranty support, contact Manka Jewelry with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective area

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or inspection.


Warranty Review Process

1. Contact Us

Send your order details and issue photos by WhatsApp or email.

2. Initial Review

Our team will review the information provided.

3. Inspection

If required, the item may need to be inspected before a final decision.

4. Approval or Rejection

If the issue is approved as a manufacturing defect, we may offer repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

If the issue is caused by misuse, wear and tear, water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, accidental damage, or improper care, the warranty request may be rejected.


Resolution Options

Approved warranty cases may be resolved through one of the following options:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Alternative solution approved by Manka Jewelry

Resolution depends on product availability, issue type, and inspection result.


Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

  • Warranty requires valid order proof.

  • Warranty is not transferable.

  • Warranty does not cover normal usage marks or aging.

  • Warranty does not cover damage after third-party repair.

  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by improper storage or handling.

  • Warranty approval is subject to inspection.
