All our deliveries are managed by trusted third-party courier companies operating within Pakistan. This partnership allows us to leverage their extensive network and ensure reliable delivery to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services across all major cities and accessible areas within Pakistan. If you have concerns about delivery to a specific remote location, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping on all orders with a total value above Rs. 3500/- (Pakistani Rupees).
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders with a total value below Rs. 3500/-, a standard shipping fee will be applied. This fee will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan) after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays on our website or directly to you.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2-4 business days
- Other Cities/Remote Areas: 4-7 business days
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our third-party courier partners. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as: * Courier service delays (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, operational issues) * Weather conditions * Public holidays * Security checks or other logistical challenges.
Manka.pk is not responsible for delays caused by the courier services.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the courier company's website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package directly with the third-party courier.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our third-party courier partners will typically make multiple attempts to deliver your parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Accurate Shipping Information
It is crucial that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid phone number, at the time of checkout. Manka.pk will not be held responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
- Parcels lost or returned due to customer unavailability at the provided address.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- In the rare event that your package appears damaged upon arrival, please inspect the contents before accepting it from the courier. If the product inside is damaged, immediately take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt as per our Refund & Return Policy.
- If your order is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier company), please contact us, and we will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
